Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Recruitment signs a memorandum of understanding with the Jordanian Human Resources Management Association (JHRMA) to develop the concept of human resources management by raising the level of awareness of the profession and its practitioners in Jordan and the region
AMMAN ------May 8, 2011------Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Recruitment (TAG-Recruit), member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), signed a memorandum of understanding with the Jordanian Human Resources Management Association (JHRMA) to develop the concept of human resources management by raising the level of awareness of the profession and its practitioners in Jordan and the region. 
Mr. Adel Hammami, executive director of TAG- Recruit, and Mr. Mohammad Al Ta’mari, president of JHRMA signed the MoU in the presence of Mr. Mustafa Nasereddin, executive director of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh International (TAGI)- Jordan and Mr. Salah Abu Osbeh, executive director of International Professional Partnerships at TAG-Org.
The MoU allows both parties to work jointly on the database of human resources practitioners and update it. It also stipulates for providing training courses in human resources by TAG -Recruit as well as conducting specialized training courses at JHRMA premises, in addition to creating appropriate job opportunities for qualified Jordanian cadres operating in human resources sector through the partners in the private sector. 
Mr. Hammami said: "We are proud of joining efforts with JHRMA in this field and in developing the skills and capabilities of human resources practitioners, which will positively reflect upon the continuity of commercial and industrial sectors."
Moreover, he stressed that human resources management became a partner in strategic decision making in all corporate and companies, regardless of their size.
Mr. Ta’mari appreciated the cooperation with TAG-Org saying: “Our partnership with TAG-Org in the field of business development in general and human resources management in particular, will help us achieve our goals and benefit from the training courses and professional qualifications provided by the Organization.””.
